EARLY WEIGH-IN:                                                          Chip’s 24 Hour Health and Racquet Friday September 10th at noon till 5:00 pm

 

 

WEIGH-IN:                                                                        Saturday morning 10am to 11:30am at Bamboo Willie’s

 

WHEN:                                                                                 September 11th at Noon

 

COST:                                                                                    Early entry fee $4 0.00 per division until August 20th. Two divisions are $60.00.

                                                                                              Bench & Dead combine is one division. Week of the contest

                                                                                              $60.00 per division or $80 for two. Each lifter will receive a free t-shirt.

DIVISIONS:                                                                            Bench Press Only, Dead lift Only or Bench & Dead combine

                                                                                               All classes by formula Super Heavy Weight 251 lbs. & up Light Weight 150 lbs.

                                                                                               and under Women

                                                                                               Middle Weight 151 lbs. to 200 lbs. Teenage

                                                                                               Heavy Weight 201 lbs. to 250 lbs. Masters 40 years and up

 

 

AWARDS:                                                                              Trophies will be present to first thru fifth in Open Men’s class by

                                                                                              Swartz Formula Teenage, Women, Master will be first thru third

                                                                                              by formula Schwartz Fosters and Malone

                                                                                              CASH PRIZE FOR BEST LIFTER.

 

 

RULES:                                                                                  Bench shirts are not allowed. Lifting suits or singlets are optional. Press signal

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photography, videotapes, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for any purposes what ever. I have read the above release and understand that I am entering the King of The Beach Bench Press Contest at my own risk.
